Kidder Mathews Inc., one of the largest independent commercial real estate firms on the West Coast, will expand into Dallas, marking the firm’s entry into Texas.
The Seattle-based firm’s Texas team will be led six brokers: Mart Martindale, Brandon Beeson, Wilson Stafford, JD Cobb and Claire Schmeltekopf, who will form a capital markets team. Barrett Jones joins as a healthcare tenant advisory specialist. Martindale, Beeson and Stafford all came from Edge Capital Markets before joining Kidder Mathews.
