Over the course of his career, Mart has sold every major class of income-producing commercial real estate across the sunbelt, developing especially strong expertise in multifamily and retail, complemented with meaningful experience in office, industrial, and various specialty sectors. Mart and his team have sold more than $3.5 billion in assets and completed valuations totaling over $20 billion for private and institutional clients. He’s been recognized as Power Broker by DCEO magazine 11 times.
