Wilson Stafford

Wilson Stafford is a Senior Vice President at Kidder Mathews in Dallas with more than 20 years of experience specializing in commercial real estate investment sales and capital markets.

Wilson joined Kidder Mathews in 2026 as one of the founding brokers in the firm’s expansion into Texas. He is part of an investments team that includes Mart Martindale, Brandon Beeson, JD Cobb, and Claire Schmeltekopf.

Drawing on deep industry knowledge and longstanding relationships, Wilson advises private and institutional clients on the disposition of commercial real estate assets. He has represented companies including Mill Creek Residential, Tonti Properties, AEW Capital Management, Brandon Holdings, Green Brick Partners, Citigroup, Midland Loan Services, CW Capital, and Wells Fargo. His track record includes more than $1.0 billion in closed transactions over the past six years and multiple recognitions as a top producer. He has been recognized as a D CEO Power Broker eight times (2018 – 2021 & 2023 – 2026).

Before joining Kidder Mathews, Wilson was a Principal at Edge Capital Markets, the investment services platform of Edge Realty Partners. He previously served as an Associate Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s capital markets group, where he was involved in the disposition of more than four million square feet. Earlier in his career, he was an Associate Director at Newmark, where he received the firm’s Rookie of the Year award in 2004 and MVP award in 2006.
