Brandon Beeson is a Senior Vice President at Kidder Mathews in Dallas with more than 25 years of experience specializing in retail investment sales and capital markets.
Brandon joined Kidder Mathews in 2026 as one of the founding brokers in the firm’s expansion into Texas. He co-leads an investments team with Mart Martindale that includes Wilson Stafford, JD Cobb, and Claire Schmeltekopf.
Combining his legal and commercial real estate backgrounds, Brandon advises clients on the positioning and disposition of high-quality retail assets. His broad industry experience, extensive relationships, and perspective on capital market cycles enable him to provide strategic guidance nationwide.
Before joining Kidder Mathews, Brandon co-founded Edge Capital Markets, the investment services platform of Edge Realty Partners, in 2012. He previously served as a senior director at Berkadia and Cushman & Wakefield. Early in his career, Brandon specialized in project leasing throughout Texas and the Southern and Southeastern United States.
