About

Since 2018, Michael has sold over $146 million worth of commercial and multifamily investment properties, owner-user properties, and development sites in Seattle and Eastside.

Michael believes in building long-term relationships founded on trust, integrity, and professionalism. Known for his relentless pursuit of excellence, Michael prides himself on helping his clients achieve the best sales results through his in-depth market knowledge, vast network of investors and owners, and creative problem-solving skills. Leveraged from his prior work experience, Michael excels at building dynamic and customizable underwriting models for his clients.

In 2022, Michael completed the commercial real estate certificate program at the University of Washington. Michael graduated from Fordham University with an MBA degree in finance and from New York University with a B.S. degree in accounting. He has been a member of RHAWA since 2018.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Michael was a high-performing business executive with over 17 years of experience with Fortune 100 companies, including Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, E&Y, and KPMG. Michael led numerous high-profile business projects, including J.P. Morgan’s $30 billion acquisition of Bear Stearn’s assets.

In his spare time, Michael enjoys spending time with his amazing wife of 17 years and his energetic boys.
