12-Unit Juniper Court Apartments in Issaquah Sells For $2.85 Million

Seattle, Wash. (April 5, 2024) – Juniper Court Apartments, a 12-unit complex in Issaquah, Washington,  has sold for $2,850,000 to a Mercer Island-based private investor. Kidder Mathews Vice President Michael Yeh, MBA represented the buyer as well as the seller, a foreign investor who held the property for 31 years.

Located at 885 3rd Avenue NW, the Juniper Court Apartments were built in 1986 and span 9,156 square feet. The property is situated in Issaquah’s historic Olde Town. The vibrant, walkable neighborhood is home to an eclectic range of dining options as well as theatres, parks, and Rainier Trail.

“Issaquah is one of the most sought-after submarkets on the Eastside. Niche ranks Issaquah as one of the top suburbs to live in Washington State,” says Yeh. “Additionally, the Issaquah submarket is supported by a strong rental demand as the higher for longer mortgage rate environment and shrunken housing inventory force potential home buyers into continued rentership.”

The buyer was drawn to the property as an opportunity to implement a value-add strategy to a well-maintained building on the Eastside.
