41 Kenmore Units Could be Yours to Build

The market is slow in January, but there’s a newly listed development site that recently came on the market in Kenmore. A bare patch of land at 18021 73rd Ave. N.E. is being offered with almost all permits in place for a six-story, 41-unit apartment building dubbed Solmax Lofts.
