Kidder Mathews has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for 217 Distribution Center, a 450,666-square-foot, multi-tenant industrial property located at 10950–11065 SW 11th Street in Beaverton, Oregon. The assignment was previously held by Colliers and has now been reassigned to Executive Vice President Scott Murphy, SIOR, and Vice President John Hallman, who will oversee leasing and marketing for the property.
The five-building industrial center is owned by BKM Capital Partners. Headquartered in Newport Beach, California, it is the leading institutional fund manager and operator of small-bay light industrial properties in the United States.
217 Distribution Center offers flexible light industrial space with a range of unit sizes, clear heights suited for logistics and distribution uses, and both dock- and grade-level loading. Its strategic location near Highway 217 provides efficient connectivity throughout the Portland-area market, positioning the property to serve a broad range of industrial users.
