Bellevue’s planning team will unveil draft policies for the Factoria neighborhood on May 7, a milestone in a multi-year effort to reshape one of the Eastside’s most consequential mixed-use submarkets. The Draft Policy Open House, hosted jointly for Factoria and neighboring Eastgate at the South Bellevue Community Center from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m., marks the start of the Refine phase of the city’s Great Neighborhoods program, according to materials published by the City of Bellevue.
