Scott is a senior vice president and shareholder at Kidder Mathews with extensive commercial real estate experience in the Portland metropolitan area. Before moving to brokerage, Scott was a certified real estate appraiser for Kidder Mathews. This background set a solid foundation to understand the analytical and valuation indicators associated with various types of real estate. Using his unique skill set, Scott has exceeded the expectations of his peers by successfully negotiating millions of square feet of industrial lease and sale transactions since his transition to brokerage. Along with his strong tenant and buyer/seller representation, Scott and his team list over two million square feet of industrial space in the Portland metropolitan area. This transaction volume has allowed Scott to quickly establish himself as one the more trusted and respected industrial brokers in the Portland/SW Washington region.
