Vacant Rite Aid Finds New Hands

A vacant former Rite Aid at 10407 S.E. 256th St. sold this week for $3.4 million, according to King County records.

The seller was BMY LLC, a California investor that acquired the property in 2015 for about $7.4 million. Rite Aid entered the final stage of bankruptcy last year, and several empty stores have sold since then.
