Kidder Mathews Asset Services has been selected by Property Income Advisors, Inc. to manage two prominent metro Phoenix assets totaling more than 175,000 square feet.
The first, Cotton Center I, is a 115,176-square-foot flex R&D building located at 4025 E. Cotton Center Boulevard in Phoenix. It sits within the prestigious Cotton Center development, one of the region’s most recognized business parks.
The second, Greystone Business Park, is a 60,793-square-foot R&D complex located at 2552 W. Erie Drive and 2801 S. Fair Lane in Tempe.
