Peggy R. Maxwell is Senior Vice President & Market Leader for Kidder Mathews Asset Services in Arizona.

Peggy Maxwell is senior vice president and market leader of Kidder Mathews’ Asset Services team in Arizona. With over 24 years of experience managing a diverse portfolio of industrial, office, retail, medical, and mixed-use properties, including multi-state holdings, she oversees business development, client relations, and daily operations for our managed portfolio in Phoenix.

Previously, Peggy was executive managing director with Plaza Companies, where she led four divisions, expanding the building services divisions by over 60% in five years, and handled business development, recruitment, and strategic planning. Before Plaza, she owned and operated a successful building services, property management, and brokerage firm in the Greater Phoenix Region for 11 years. Her earlier roles include Director of Property Management/Designated Broker at Lincoln Property Company Commercial and President/Designated Broker at M2 Management.

Peggy actively engages in the community and maintains memberships with AZCREW, BOMA Greater Phoenix, and NAIOP Arizona. She has also contributed to the field through guest instructor roles for the Master of Real Estate Development program at Arizona State University and developing curriculum for the Commercial Real Estate Certification program at Maricopa County College.
