Kurt Kerner

Kurt is a trusted commercial real estate advisor who specializes in the sale and leasing of office properties throughout the Phoenix market. From tenants and buyers to landlords and sellers, he’s built strong relationships with a wide network of clients across the West Coast. Kurt has a proven track record that’s been supported by his perseverance throughout the acquisition and disposition processes. His background is rooted in real estate financing, which has allowed him to better serve his clients by providing a new perspective around the transaction.

Prior to joining the Kidder Mathews Phoenix office, Kurt worked in the San Diego commercial real estate market primarily in the Downtown and surrounding central areas. He focused on the sale and leasing of office, retail, and industrial properties and was called to work with some of the region’s top organizations.
