Chris Jantz

Chris Jantz, a senior vice president with Kidder Mathews, specializes in office leasing and sales, with a primary emphasis on landlord and tenant representation in the Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe office markets. As a 25-year real estate veteran, Chris is skilled in the nuances of commercial leasing and sales and works with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers.

He began his career at Insignia/ESG in Phoenix as part of a team responsible for leasing 1 million square feet of suburban Class A office buildings for Westfund (Allstate/Princeton/Westcor). Additional agency work throughout his career has included past and present clients such as CMD Realty, Sun Capital Advisors, Hewson, TA Realty, Arden Real Estate, Stockbridge, Alvarado Management Company, Scriba-Waldron Capital, and Brookhill Corporation. Chris broadened his experience while at Grubb & Ellis/BRE, Cassidy Turley, DTZ, and Cushman & Wakefield, where he represented a wide array of flex, industrial, retail, and specialty tenants. He also had an opportunity to oversee a staff of six and provide his analytical and research skills as vice president of research at Cassidy Turley Phoenix, all while continuing to transact.

Chris, in total, has represented landlord assignments exceeding 6 million square feet and completed over 950 lease transactions in excess of 3 million square feet on behalf of both landlords and tenants. He has also been party to over .5 million square feet of office property and 4 million square feet of land sales.

Chris is an Arizona native who resides in Scottsdale with his family. He was a four-year letterman and NCAA Championship qualifier as a member of the Arizona State University Men’s Division I Swim Team.
