SyWest Development, a commercial real estate owner and development firm, has selected Kidder Mathews to manage three retail assets in the Phoenix area.
The Shoppes at Casa Paloma is 130,301 square feet at 7131 West Ray Road in Chandler. It features Coffin & Trout Fine Jewelers, AJ’s Fine Foods, and a range of other tenants, including spas and salons.
Gilbert Commons Shopping Center is the largest shopping center in the region, with a sprawling 414,385 square feet at the corner of East Baseline and North Cooper Road in Gilbert. Tenants include Kohl’s, Ross, TJ Maxx, and HomeGoods.
Warner Ranch Shopping Center is in the heart of Tempe’s most affluent neighborhood, with 155,490 square feet at 9880 through 9920 South Rural Road. Fry’s Marketplace is the anchor tenant, alongside a mix of retail and service tenants.
