Mike received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a major in accounting and is a licensed real estate broker in Arizona.
Mike DiDomenico leads Kidder Mathews’ property management services from the firm’s Phoenix, Arizona office. Mike has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience throughout the greater Phoenix area and is responsible for managing assets, client development and support, and directing the Phoenix property team.
Mike’s background includes extensive experience with new business development, client relations, and portfolio management. Mike excels at delivering a high level of customer service to his clients and working closely with his team, thereby strengthening their relationships with their owners and tenants.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Mike was principal and CEO of Wessex Service Company where he oversaw the management of nearly 1.3 million square feet of commercial real estate. Mike was also principal and president of a Phoenix-based commercial real estate firm that owned and operated over 10 million square feet of commercial property.
Mike is vice chairman of the City of Tempe Development Review Commission, on the executive board for Tempe Diablos Charities, and has served on several commissions and boards, including Tempe Planning and Zoning, Tempe Redevelopment Review Commission, and Kiwanis Club of Tempe, as well as several other civic and business organizations.
Mike is a former member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, International Council of Shopping Center (ICSC), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
