Pier 54 Pivots From Meat Pies to Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream

Do we really need more downtown ice cream parlors this summer? The DJC says yes, yes and yes.

Premier Meat Pies had a good run at Pier 54, on the downtown waterfront. At 1001 Alaskan Way, it lasted from 2018 until this spring. Kidder Mathews is the broker for the vacant space, and has an internationally recognized brand on the hook … or should we say spoon?
