Our veteran brokerage team of Brett Weber, Steve Divney, John McLellan and Drew Ramirez specializes in commercial sales, leasing and development throughout San Mateo County. Brett Weber serves as an executive vice president, shareholder at the Kidder Mathews office in Redwood City. Brett has 30+ years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage in San Mateo County. He has a talented skill set, balancing business representing both landlords and tenants. His experience spans office, R&D, medical, retail, and industrial properties. Brett closely works with his Kidder Mathews partners, Steve Divney and John McLellan, who have over 60 years of combined commercial real estate experience. The team has been focusing on older structures to maximize its value through redevelopment. Brett has effectively worked with clients on revitalizing their existing buildings in cities’ downtown office & retail cores.

Steve Divney represents a variety of buyers, sellers, owners, and tenants in the Bay Area’s commercial property market. Residential and office developers look to Steve and his team for advice and creative solutions for new projects or for assembling properties for purchase and subsequent development. Steve’s extensive experience serving the City of San Carlos at the local level gives him a unique advantage in helping his clients navigate government-regulated matters to achieve their ownership and financial goals, especially within the transit-oriented corridors and downtown centers up and down the Peninsula.

A Marin County native, John McLellan started his real estate career in 2009 at Colliers International as part of the San Francisco Peninsula office. In 2020, John was recruited by Kidder Mathews and he joined the Redwood City office, where he is an executive vice president and shareholder. He specializes in the sales and leasing of office and industrial properties on the San Francisco Peninsula.
