Our veteran brokerage team of Brett Weber, Steve Divney, and John McLellan specializes in commercial sales, leasing and development throughout San Mateo County. The team has more than over 50 years of combined commercial real estate experience and has completed hundreds of transactions with a total value in excess of $1 billion. Year to date, our team has over $190 million in transactions.
Working as a team affords us distinct advantages over agents and brokers who work individually. We bring to the table unique skill sets that are complementary, allowing us to specialize and leverage our strengths in marketing commercial properties. This specialization allows the marketing and transaction process to move forward in a smoother and more efficient manner.
We represent a variety of buyers, sellers, owners, and tenants. Our clients range from large-scale developers looking for new projects or needing assistance with assembling properties for purchase, to start-up companies and R&D tenants looking to lease space, to small business owners looking to generate liquidity. We are also repositioning experts with extensive experience pre-leasing projects undergoing major renovation that require a fresh vision.
Steve Divney represents a variety of buyers, sellers, owners, and tenants in the Bay Area’s commercial property market. Residential and office developers look to Steve and his team for advice and creative solutions for new projects or for assembling properties for purchase and subsequent development. Steve’s extensive experience serving the City of San Carlos at the local level gives him a unique advantage in helping his clients navigate government-regulated matters to achieve their ownership and financial goals, especially within the transit-oriented corridors and downtown centers up and down the Peninsula.
A Marin County native, John McLellan started his real estate career in 2009 at Colliers International as part of the San Francisco Peninsula office. In 2020, John was recruited by Kidder Mathews and he joined the Redwood City office as a senior vice president and shareholder. He specializes in the sales and leasing of office and industrial properties on the San Francisco Peninsula.
With over 50 years of combined Bay Area commercial property leasing, sale, and development transaction experience, we strive to unlock value for our clients using novel strategies, disciplined processes, and creative ideas.
