Meet the Team

Jeffery Crocker is a real estate veteran that represents business owners and investors in the industrial, flex, R&D and biotech property sectors. Jeffrey now focuses on the Ventura County and North Los Angeles markets. Jeffrey leverages his experience in San Diego where he obtained a Real Estate and Finance Degree from SDSU and then went on to work with local and institutional landlords in the Greater San Diego Region before returning home to Ventura County.

Born into a family that owned and operated a full-service brokerage, a real estate investment company and a property management division, Jeffrey understands every aspect of real estate and enjoys sharing his knowledge with his clients.

Bentley McKean specializes in investment property, industrial sales and leasing, as well as commercial development sites. Residing between Ventura and LA county he has a deep understanding of the North LA Market, but has unique skill set that has allowed him to successfully represent buyers and landlords on a regional and national basis.

Starting his career in real estate investment sales, Bentley understands the analytical rigor and diligence required for a successful investment. Bentley enjoys his work and is always looking for knowledge, tools, and tactics to help improve himself and his team for the benefit of his clients.

Cristian Contreras is a real estate professional who specializes in industrial properties. His knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chains makes him an asset to the team and allows him to serve the needs of industrial users from a holistic perspective.

After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in global supply chain management from California State Northridge, he worked as a brokerage assistant for a boutique industrial brokerage in Manhattan Beach. During this time, Cristian became privy to the ins and outs of industrial real estate and fell in love with brokerage.

With decades of experience buying, selling, leasing and development transaction experience we have refined our process to maximize value for our clients while still remaining nimble, creative and disciplined.
