After exposing the site unpriced to our database of developers as a redevelopment opportunity, the Kidder Mathews team of Eric Knowles & Robert Fletcher received numerous competitive proposals.
Negotiated an unentitled sale at $5,650,000, which was significantly above appraisal at that time, with 90 days closing with the New West Investment Group, a large national residential developer.
Results
Diocese was able to utilize this capital to meet critical obligations.
