Carter Nicholson

Carter Nicholson joined Kidder Mathews in 2022 as a summer intern; where he gained valuable experience working alongside industry veterans, Todd Gauthier and Jason Bloom. Recognized for his dedication, strong work ethic, and passion for commercial real estate, Carter joined as an associate in 2023, continuing to thrive under the mentorship and guidance of Todd and Jason. With a commitment to excellence, Carter approaches every interaction with integrity, professionalism, and a client-centric focus, striving to deliver the highest level of service and value.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Carter grew up in Bellevue, Washington, and graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. Outside of work, Carter is passionate about golf, fishing, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
