With over 18 years of commercial real estate experience, he combines real estate advisory services to property owners, occupiers, and investors on significant office and industrial real estate decisions throughout the Eastside and Puget Sound region. Jason is well-respected by his clients and peers, known for strategic problem-solving, utilizing market intelligence and analytics to achieve optimal results and is routinely asked to speak on regional real estate trends.
Jason has completed over a thousand transactions totaling nearly 6 million square feet, and $4 billion in transactional value. He represents some of the region’s most prominent companies, and his thorough knowledge of the market and longstanding relationships support clients from initial strategy through execution. A nine-time recipient of the firm’s Big Hitter award, in 2026, he was nominated for Broker of the Year by CREDA Washington State (formerly NAIOP).
Before real estate, Jason played seven years of professional lacrosse with the Boston Blazers, Colorado Mammoth, and Washington Stealth. As team captain of the Stealth, he was the youngest captain to win the National Championship (2010), and he stayed with the team as assistant coach after retiring. The leadership, work ethic and preparation that defined a successful professional athletic career carry directly into how he serves his clients.
Jason is deeply involved in the community. He coaches various teams across Washington, works and mentors local lacrosse players of all ages and skill levels, and volunteers with organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club. He lives on Mercer Island with his wife and three active sons.

Bachelor of Science in Psychology with honors, The Ohio State University, 2006. Jason was a two-time captain of the Ohio State Buckeyes lacrosse team and won Big Ten championships in two seasons. He also attended the University of West Florida where he completed his coursework for his master’s degree in psychology, with a focus on sports psychology.
