Todd Gauthier is a shareholder and executive vice president with Kidder Mathews.

He brings 34-plus years of commercial real estate experience in landlord and tenant representation, and investment sales. He has a proven track record in representing numerous local and national companies for assignments that include various leasing and sale transactions. Todd is consistently a top producer in the firm, and was recognized as the top producer in the Bellevue office in fiscal year 2022/2023 & 2023/2024.

Todd is a service-oriented individual who values long term relationships. Because of his dedication to providing excellent service to his clients, he considers himself an extension of his client’s companies.
