Todd Gauthier is a shareholder and executive vice president with Kidder Mathews. He brings 26-plus years of commercial real estate experience in tenant representation, landlord representation and investment sales. He has a proven track record in representing numerous local and national companies for assignments that include various leasing and sale transactions. Todd was recognized as a top producer in the firm in 2016.

Todd is a service-oriented individual who values long term relationships.
