Todd Gauthier

Todd Gauthier is a Partner and Senior Vice President with Kidder Mathews. He brings 26-plus years of commercial real estate experience in tenant representation, landlord representation and investment sales. He has a proven track record in representing numerous local and national companies for assignments that include various leasing and sale transactions. Todd was recognized as a top producer in the firm in 2016.

Todd is a service-oriented individual who values long term relationships. Because of his dedication to providing excellent service to his clients, he considers himself an extension of his client’s companies. He stays involved from the day his clients begin to evaluate their real estate needs, through the final walk through, and will always be available for continued support throughout the tenant’s occupancy.

Education / Experience

Todd is a graduate of Portland State University, receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
