Matt represents buyers and sellers of land and 5-30 unit multifamily apartments in Seattle, and has completed more than 150 valuations for apartment buildings of this size.

Before his career in commercial real estate, Matt worked for the city of Renton specializing in community and economic development where he helped develop components of the Renton Highlands revitalization plan.
