Dylan Simon is an executive vice president at Kidder Mathews in Seattle, Washington. His expertise is in the sale of apartment buildings and development land in Seattle and the Puget Sound region. Jerrid Anderson is an executive vice president with Kidder Mathews in Seattle, Washington. Jerrid is a co-founder of his multifamily brokerage team, which represents apartment investors and developers in the purchase and sale of apartment buildings and development land ranging from $1M to $100M in value. Jerrid focuses on urban apartment and development land sales and is the regions micro apartment expert.

Matt Laird team

Matt represents buyers and sellers of land and 5-30 unit multifamily apartments in Seattle, and has completed more than 150 valuations for apartment buildings of this size. Before his career in commercial real estate, Matt worked for the city of Renton specializing in community and economic development where he helped develop components of the Renton Highlands revitalization plan.

Alex Mundy team

Alex Mundy provides debt financing services to our multifamily clients. He helps to source and facilitate financing for multifamily owners, investors and developers for use in acquisitions, developments and re-capitalizations. He has more than six years of experience in multifamily lending, with more than ten years of experience in commercial real estate.

Growing up in the Seattle area, Brandon is able to streamline his relationships, network, and overall understanding of the Puget Sound multifamily market to provide personal connections and resourceful opportunities to his clients. He has two years of business development experience in the Seattle CRE field and specializes in market research, business development, off-market acquisitions, and lead generation.
