Drew Frame, a vice president in our Tacoma office, focuses on the commercial office and healthcare market in the Puget Sound region, specializing in landlord representation, tenant representation, and sales, both investment and owner/user. In 2019, Drew was awarded the Kidder Mathews Rookie of the Year Award for being the highest producing first-year broker company-wide. With Drew’s market knowledge, ability to prospect tenants and qualify investment opportunities, he is able to amplify his client’s success and provide the upper-hand in every transaction.

Since Drew began his brokerage career he has been involved in over 1,000,000 SF of real estate transactions at a total volume of more than $150,000,000. Prior to becoming a broker, Drew formulated market reports and prospected property in South King County as an intern for Regional Vice President, Brian Hatcher.


Drew graduated from Washington State University’s Carson School of Business with a Bachelor of the Arts degree in finance.
