Kidder Mathews is pleased to announce that the firm has expanded its roster of SIOR designees with two brokers earning the prestigious title from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors®. With the induction of Senior Vice Presidents Drew Frame and Robert Feathers, Kidder Mathews now counts 46 SIOR designees.
For over 80 years, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® has been the leading global professional office and industrial real estate association. With 4,000 members in 50 countries, it represents some of today’s most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists. The SIOR designation is awarded to individuals who meet certain gross revenue and transaction standards, education, ethics, and endorsements.
Frame is a Puget Sound office and healthcare real estate specialist based in Tacoma, Washington. Since joining Kidder Mathews as an associate in 2017, he has completed over 4,500,000 square feet of transactions, totaling more than $500,000,000 in value. He is consistently recognized as one of Kidder Mathews’ top producers and earned the firm’s Rookie of the Year Award in 2019 for being the highest-grossing first-year broker companywide. He partners on a team with Executive Vice President Will Frame.

Feathers is an industrial tenant advisory specialist based in Orange County, where he partners with Brian Bennett to serve clients across the country. They are consistently top producers at Kidder Mathews, having closed more than 3 million square feet of sale and lease transactions, with total consideration exceeding $325 million. Before joining Kidder Mathews, Feathers was a digital account coordinator with CNN in Century City, California and a sales representative for the Los Angeles Clippers, where he was the top revenue generator among all inside sales representatives.
