A 2.29-acre industrial development site located on Dupont Court in Ventura, California has sold for $2.4 million.
First Vice Presidents Bentley McKean, CCIM, and Jeffrey Crocker of Kidder Mathews represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction. The buyer, Decker-Goetsch Properties, a regional development company, plans to develop an approximately 43,000-square-foot Class A industrial building on the site, with estimated delivery in the first quarter of 2027. Kidder Mathews will continue to work with the developer to identify an end user for the property through a sale or lease. The seller is a local private property owner and repeat Kidder Mathews client.
Situated in Ventura’s most sought-after business park at 4500 Dupont Court, the site offers a rare infill opportunity in a coastal, supply-constrained industrial market. The property overlooks surrounding agricultural land and is approximately 30 miles from Santa Barbara and 60 miles from downtown Los Angeles.
