A site that was previously proposed for a large skyscraper development has now been placed on the market. Known as 4th & Columbia and encompassing two development proposals, the site is now listed by Kidder Mathews’ Tim Foster and Ross Klinger. According to a report from the Puget Sound Business Journal, Foster confirmed that the development portfolio is listed with pricing guidance at approximately $40 million, marking a significant price cut from when the sites were previously sold.
