Timothy Foster joined Kidder Mathews in September 2006 after 15 years with Colliers International. He specializes in representing both landlords and tenants in Seattle’s Metropolitan properties. His knowledge of the transactions that are occurring in the market makes Tim a valuable asset as he exclusively represents over 400,000 sq ft of space in the market for lease and/or sale. Tim was recognized for attaining “Career Best” in 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 2000, 2002, 2005 and 2011. He was a top 10 producer in 2002, 2005, 2006, 2008, 2011 and 2013, and landed in the top 20 in 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000 and 2005. Tim is on the Board of The Booster Club for the Bellevue High School girls basketball team.
