Jack Levis and Matt Levis have joined Kidder Mathews in Century City as senior vice presidents. The team of brothers specializes in retail investment sales and property advisory services throughout Greater Los Angeles.

Jack and Matt began their commercial brokerage careers at CBRE, where their South Bay investment sales team represented clients in over $300,000,000 of transaction volume. Matt was at CBRE for nearly nine years, while Jack spent over a decade at the firm.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Matt and Jack co-founded Wydown Partners, where in addition to their brokerage business, they specialized in repositioning retail and multifamily properties into stable assets and managing them on behalf of their clients. They have represented a wide range of private and institutional clients including Northern Trust, JP Morgan Chase, Positive Investments, and Revere Investments.

“Kidder Mathews is the best firm for our business. It provides a comprehensive platform of high-quality branding, technology, and support, all while maintaining a personal yet sophisticated company culture,” said Matt Levis. “We look forward to growing our business and providing our clients with best-in-class service through the Kidder Mathews platform.”
