Jack Levis is a senior vice president at Kidder Mathews, specializing in retail investment property brokerage and property advisory services. Jack has had a long track record of building wealth through income producing properties for private capital clients. He has an entrepreneurial, innovative, and strategic approach which is tailored to the goals and specific needs of each client. Jack’s background includes over a decade of experience in brokerage at CBRE where he co-led the South Bay Investment Sales Team and represented clients in over $300,000,000 in transaction volume. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Jack and Matt Levis co-founded Wydown Partners where in addition to their brokerage business, they specialized in repositioning retail and multifamily properties into stable assets and meticulously managing them as pride-of-ownership properties on behalf of their clients.

Jack holds a BS in policy, planning, and development with a focus in real estate development from the University of Southern California. He was on the tennis team at USC and continues to be an avid fan of the sport. He and his wife live an active lifestyle, enjoying paddle tennis, hiking, and time at the beach.
