Matt Levis is a senior vice president at Kidder Mathews, specializing in retail investment sales and property advisory services. Matt is an experienced investment sales broker and property manager with a demonstrated history in the private capital space across various Los Angeles markets. Partnered with his brother Jack, their team has facilitated sales worth over $300,000,000 in value. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Matt and Jack Levis co-founded Wydown Partners where in addition to their brokerage business, they specialized in repositioning retail and multifamily properties into stable assets and meticulously managing them as pride-of-ownership properties on behalf of their clients. Before Wydown Partners, Matt was an accomplished investment sales broker at CBRE, where he spent eight years co-leading the South Bay Investment Sales brokerage team.

He holds a BS in business administration with a focus in real estate finance from the University of Southern California. When he’s not in the office, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, following his hometown St. Louis Cardinals, and playing golf.
