In this role, she will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s asset services division in Seattle’s Eastside submarket — including business development, client relations, risk management, and directing property teams to provide best-in-class service.
Fairchild brings 33 years of experience in commercial property management. Demonstrating her industry expertise, she holds the prestigious designation of Real Property Administrator (RPA®) from the Building Owners and Managers Institute.
