Linda Fairchild, RPA® is Executive Vice President of Operations for Kidder Mathews Asset Services.
Linda oversees operations, quality control, and service delivery for Kidder Mathews Asset Services. This includes providing support and direction for the Asset Services Accounting and Engineering departments and playing a key role in recruiting and supporting all personnel within the division. She works closely with the president of Asset Services to oversee day-to-day operations and serves on the firm’s executive leadership team and strategic planning committee.
Linda has over 25 years of experience in commercial property management, development, and owner-managed properties. She joined Kidder Mathews in 2012 and advanced to become Market Leader for Seattle’s Eastside submarket in 2023. Linda is highly regarded in the industry for her professionalism and exceptional service, and she has earned the prestigious Real Property Administrator (RPA®) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute.
Linda is a licensed real estate broker in Washington State and has a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI).
Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Seattle Pacific University.
