Linda has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Seattle Pacific University. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Washington and is working toward her RPA designation.
Linda Fairchild is a senior property manager overseeing the management of a significant 300,000 sq ft, Class A office building in downtown Seattle. Linda’s portfolio responsibilities include financial reporting, vendor coordination, client and tenant interactions and management of day-to-day property operations. Linda’s specialty is in providing exceptional customer service, and enhancing the value of her client’s assets. Linda has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has had proven success and expertise in multiple northwest markets and across a variety of property types including office, industrial and retail.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Linda worked as a real estate manager for Schnitzer West where she managed a 550,000 sq ft, Class A office building with over 45 tenants. She was responsible for all day-to-day operations, directing and overseeing a team of assistants and building engineers, developed and implemented annual budgets and prepared monthly reports. Previously, Linda was a building manager for Kidder Mathews where she managed a 300,000 sq ft portfolio.
