A 30.7-acre land parcel at Highway 287 and the west/northeast corner of Attaway Road in Coolidge, Arizona, has sold to a private investor for $843,425. Kidder Mathews Senior Vice President Brian Rosella and Senior Associate Joseph Calistri represented the seller in the transaction.
Located in Pinal County, Coolidge has historically been an agricultural community, but residential expansion and industrial investment across the Sun Corridor are reshaping the region’s economic landscape.
