Kidder Mathews Releases New Research on Eastern Washington Apartment Market

Kidder Mathews’ multifamily team led by Dylan Simon and Jerrid Anderson has released third quarter research on the Eastern Washington apartment market showing that pricing there continues to grow. In Q2 2021, the market saw an average sale price of $103,000 per unit. In Q2 2022, that average increased to $139,000 per unit.
