Max is an apartment broker specializing in the sale of apartments in Eastern Washington. Born and raised in the Eastern Washington region, Max pairs his local market knowledge and expertise with Kidder Mathews’ national outreach and exposure. Joining Executive Vice Presidents Dylan Simon and Jerrid Anderson, the team represents apartment investors and developers in the purchase and sale of apartment buildings and development land ranging from $1M to more than $100M. Max graduated from the Washington State University Carson College of Business with a B.A. in marketing. Using intensive market research capabilities and leveraging his team’s combined real estate comprehension, Max focuses on putting clients first.
