Kidder Mathews Expands Brokerage in Greater LA, Welcoming 15 New Agents

Posted In — News & Press | Press Releases

In the first quarter of 2022 Kidder Mathews recruited an impressive roster of 15 brokers to join its Greater Los Angeles offices, continuing the firm’s rapid expansion in Southern California.

This announcement follows last month’s news that prominent LA industry leader Jim Kruse has been tapped as Kidder Mathews’ Regional President of Brokerage for Greater LA. Kruse oversees recruitment, strategic business pursuits, and client relationships at offices in downtown LA, Century City, El Segundo, and Pasadena.

“After just five years in Los Angeles and over 50 years in business, Kidder Mathews has established itself as a force in the commercial real estate industry on the West Coast. Our strategic growth plan includes continuing the expansion of our SoCal local experts to address the unique needs of our clients,” said Kruse. “The firm has a platform that is incredibly attractive to professionals and successful for hiring both individuals and teams of brokers. Over my career, I’ve worked with most of the major brokerage firms in LA, but Kidder’s privately held status, outstanding culture, and award-winning marketing support is what really makes Kidder so compelling.”
