Kelly Betpolice

Kelly Betpolice advises clients on the development and implementation of real estate strategies. Kelly is a recognized expert in investment analysis and the underwriting of real assets. He is experienced in leading teams in evaluating complex investments, development and repositioning efforts across the Greater Los Angeles and San Francisco Area. He has expertise in high-density housing, retail/entertainment, hospitality, self-storage, industrial and mixed-use product types. With almost two decades of real estate experience, Kelly works with clients to plan and strategically execute real estate solutions.

Kelly’s in-depth market knowledge, competitive nature and attention to detail have benefited his clients and contributed to his success in his 18+ years in commercial real estate. During his time prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Kelly was directly involved in investments/sales and completed an aggregate of over 600 transactions. Kelly’s diverse experience coupled with integrity and leadership have enabled him to build a solid base of prominent regional and national repeat clients such as Kings Street Capital, East End Capital, Bank of America, City of Glendale, Palatine Capital Partners, World Tech Toys, Glow Beverages, Insite, RD Olson, Capital 360.

Prior to working in real estate, Kelly was a Sales Trader at Morgan Stanley, responsible for developing relationships with the trading desks of institutional clients to execute complex futures and options strategies across different asset classes. Kelly maintained and monitored the fund and equity investments; including inflows, outflow, valuation, risk ratings, performance analysis and record maintenance. He was responsible for collecting, analyze and managed portfolios. Prior to working at Morgan Stanley, Kelly worked at Merryll Lynch and Arthur Anderson executing quantitative investment strategies for institutional clients.
