Kidder Mathews Sells Six-Unit Queen Anne Property for $2.4M

Posted In — News & Press | Press Releases

A six-unit apartment complex in Queen Anne located at 2566 14th Avenue West, in Seattle, Washington, has sold for $2.4 million, in a deal structured by Kidder Mathews.

Dylan Simon, Jerrid Anderson, Brandon Lawler, Matt Laird, and Winslow Lee of the Simon and Anderson team, a multifamily investment team based in Kidder Mathews’ Seattle headquarters, represented the seller. Kidder Mathews brought the property to market, received multiple offers, and was the only broker involved in the transaction.

Originally built in 1962, the property is located on the west side of Queen Anne, overlooking Interbay Golf Course. The well-maintained property consists of six large two-bedroom, one-bath units.

“The same family has owned this property for over 30 years. Our team was honored to represent them in this smooth transaction to a highly regarded investor,” said Lee.
