City Arts magazine ceased publishing almost exactly one year ago. Now its former parent, Encore Media Group, is selling its headquarters in Greenwood.
Through an LLC, it acquired the corner building at 425 N. 85th St. for $710,000 in 2002. Its brokers are Jason Rosauer, Dylan Simon, Kristyn Krueger, Matt Laird and Rob Anderson of Kidder Mathews. The 12,240-square-foot site has been offered at $3.5 million for about two months.
