Meet the Team

Matt has been involved in real estate advisory, consultation, valuation, and transactional services since 1983. He is a California licensed broker and holds the MAI and AI-GRS designations from the Appraisal Institute. He is also an Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) granted from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers and is a Fellow with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).

As a fifth-generation farmer, agriculture runs in Mr. Marschall’s blood. Coupled with a degree in finance and over ten years of experience at the world’s two most prominent commercial real estate firms, he has a unique skill set and proven experience helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Mr. Marschall is passionate about the agricultural industry and proves his value through successful client outcomes.

Warren has over 30 years of experience in real estate and construction management and is a licensed real estate agent in California. He provides sales and consulting services to a wide range of clients focusing on agricultural properties and land. His past experience includes serving in the US Navy, project engineering, and ownership of a community management company.

Miles brings a wealth of expertise to the Kidder Mathews Land & Agribusiness team. As an associate Broker based in Ventura, CA, he specializes in debt and structured finance services for a wide range of land and agricultural assets on the West Coast.

Erik is a senior vice president at Kidder Mathews. He specializes in the sale of single and multi-tenant retail assets throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Brian Rosella comes to Kidder Mathews with experience and specialization in land sales throughout Arizona.
