Winning Strategy
No matter what the assignment, we do not skip steps or cut corners. Most importantly, we listen to the client very, very carefully. We reiterate the need to be absolutely certain we are on the same page – no wasted time.
An action plan is agreed to and memorialized, in writing.
Each and every facet of the action plan is executed on, in person to the extent possible. We are present and accountable for every tour, meeting, presentation, or call. We follow up, relentlessly, to make sure every detail is understood and communicated.
Our service does not stop at escrow closing or lease signing. If post-closing planning department or tenant improvement meetings are necessary, we show up and support with long-standing relationships at the municipal level.
We pride ourselves on identifying problems and running towards them not away from them. The bigger problem we solution around, the more value we add and that is our overriding goal.

I have had the pleasure of partnering with Harvey and Luke for nearly 20 years and know them to be among the elite professionals in the commercial real estate industry. Their work ethic, responsiveness, creativity, and ultimately, their integrity has cemented our relationship and the role they represent for my family-owned firm. I have confidence in their guidance and I trust their judgment.

I have had the good fortune of working with Harvey, Luke and Andrew on multiple assignments over the years and highly recommend them for their skill, hard work, and acumen. Last year, they sold a 152K SF business park we owned in Hawthorne. Not only did they achieve peak pricing, but were instrumental in working through various challenges that arose. I know them to be equally adept in the leasing segment of the business. I highly recommend them in the sale and acquisition of investment and value-add real estate.

Having run a logistics company for over 30 years, I can honestly say I have only used Harvey Beesen and then his partner Luke Staubitz on the dozens of lease transactions Steven’s Global Logistics has executed in the Greater LA and Southbay submarkets. Our company continues to expand as business dictates and Harvey and Luke’s understanding of the market, the critical building features and how our business works saves us time and money. Their ability to focus on our needs and requirements along with their commitment to manage and deliver results makes my life just a little easier. I would recommend them to anyone.

This team was instrumental in representing Cotton On in the leasing of our first US distribution center in Carson. When we outgrew that facility, they successfully identified and secured our current La Mirada Distribution Center. They then represented Cotton On in the leasing of 12K SF of creative office space in Glendale. Their attention to detail and advocacy secured the best terms and conditions the market would bear in each of these complex transactions. I would highly recommend them to any tenant seeking representation.

We have collaborated on relocating tenants to the City of Redondo, tenant improvement issues, and addressing investor developers looking to do work in the City. I look forward to many more years of dealing with them.
