Kidder Mathews’ Project and Construction Management group consolidated two offices comprised of 40 of the Orthopedic Physicians into one office in the new Swedish Orthopedic Institute. The new space contained 54 exam rooms, multiple workstations and offices, four state of the art X-ray rooms, reception areas on two different floors and a high density file room. This project also required coordination of all furniture and equipment selection and installation.

Project Outline
Results
The project remained on schedule throughout. Specific coordination with building management was required when overseeing actual move process. Due to both original offices being in medical buildings, there were unique time restrictions on moving. The entire move was completed without any problems.
