Kidder Mathews’ Project & Construction Management group managed the build-out of a new 30,000 square feet pharmaceutical research lab and offices in a shell condition building. The project had tight time constraints and a very exhaustive paperwork trail involving lien releases and bill backs to the property ownership from the tenant. Unique to the project were the full height glass walls throughout that provided a clean and simplistic look.
