Downey Industrial Center is a 29-acre property located at 9400 Hall Road in Downey, CA. Prologis, Inc., a multinational logistics real estate investment company, purchased the property from Downey Industrial Center, LLC. Kidder Mathews brokerage team Jon Reno, Robert Thornburgh, and Tom Holland, represented both parties in the transaction which closed in March 2017. It is one of the largest infill industrial sales in the area in recent years.

Kidder Mathews was recognized by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) for the 2017 Largest Dollar Volume Land Transaction in Los Angeles for the sale of the Downey Industrial Center.
