The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation spent over $1.5 million to renovate their floors while ownership has nearly $1 million investment into the project. Kidder Mathews supervised the multi-million dollar renovation work (common areas, showers, bike rooms, sprinklers, TI’s, electrical etc. Kidder Mathews aggregated all the information and developed operating programs necessary to support application for LEED-EBOM certification, which was made in winter 2010. We expect to achieve Silver or Bronze certification for 1910 Fairview.
