Our team advised the owner to remove many of the offices on the second floor, thus creating an open floor plan. Even before construction was complete on the building, we had a long-term lease signed with a tenant paying $16,000 per month. Our team helped the ownership of this building achieve the highest rate per square foot in the history of Downtown Redwood City.
